These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website fuegoai.qa (the “Site”), operated by Fuego Digital Media QSTP-LLC (“Fuego”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company established at Qatar Science & Technology Park, Doha, State of Qatar.
By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
1. What this Site is
The Site is an informational and marketing website describing Fuego's services, work and organisation. It is not a transactional platform: it does not sell products, take payment, or provide user accounts.
2. No offer and no advice
Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a binding quotation, or professional advice of any kind. Any engagement between you and Fuego is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Descriptions of services, capabilities, timelines and outcomes are indicative and may change without notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of the laws of the State of Qatar or of your own jurisdiction;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting environment, or any connected system or account;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or circumvent any security or access control;
- introduce malware, or any code intended to damage, disrupt or degrade the Site;
- interfere with the Site's availability, including through denial-of-service activity or disproportionate automated requests;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the Site, or use it to train machine learning models, except as permitted in section 5;
- misuse any contact form or email address on the Site to send spam, bulk solicitation, or unsolicited commercial communication;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
We may suspend or block access to the Site from any source that breaches this section.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, layout, photography, illustration, video, source code, and the Fuego name, logo and flame mark — is owned by or licensed to Fuego Digital Media QSTP-LLC and is protected by Qatari and international intellectual property law.
You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, adapt, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission. Third-party names, logos and trade marks appearing on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
5. Automated access and AI systems
Search engine and answer engine crawlers may index the Site in accordance with our robots.txt file, and may quote and cite it in search results and generated answers. Any other automated collection — including bulk crawling, dataset construction, or the use of Site content to train or fine-tune machine learning models — requires our prior written permission.
6. Material you send us
If you send us an enquiry, feedback, or any other material through the Site, you confirm that you are entitled to send it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or breach any confidentiality obligation. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we treat unsolicited ideas and suggestions as non-confidential, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use them without obligation to you. Personal data you send is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site links to sites and services operated by others, including social media platforms and partner organisations. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content by linking to them, and accept no responsibility for them. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of Qatar, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations relating to the Site that are not expressly set out in these Terms.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, or from reliance on any content on it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, liability or reasonable cost arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The version published on this page, with the effective date shown above, is the version that applies. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. The courts of the State of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
14. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with any separate written agreement between us, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site.
