This Privacy Policy explains how Fuego Digital Media QSTP-LLC (“Fuego”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles personal data in connection with the website fuegoai.qa (the “Site”).
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Site and respond to enquiries. We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not create accounts or user profiles for visitors.

2. What we collect
2.1 Information you send us
If you contact us through a form on the Site or by email, we receive the information you choose to give us. Typically this is your name, your email address, your organisation, and the content of your message. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal data (for example health, religious, biometric or financial-account information) through the Site.
2.2 Information collected automatically
The Site uses analytics to understand how pages are found and used. This produces technical information such as approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time on page. Where our analytics provider allows it, IP addresses are truncated or anonymised before storage. We use this data in aggregate to improve the Site; we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from it.
2.3 Server logs
Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, response code, user agent) for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. These are retained for a short period and then deleted or overwritten.
2.4 What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
- We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels on the Site.
- We do not build behavioural profiles or take automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
- We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.
3. Why we process it, and on what basis
| Purpose | Data used | Basis (Qatar PDPPL / GDPR equivalent) |
|---|---|---|
| Responding to your enquiry and any follow-up correspondence | Contact and message details | Your consent in submitting the enquiry; steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract |
| Measuring and improving Site performance | Analytics data | Your consent where consent is required for the cookies or identifiers involved; otherwise our legitimate interest in operating an effective website |
| Security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing faults | Server logs | Legitimate interest in keeping the Site secure and available |
| Meeting legal, regulatory and QSTP obligations | Whatever the obligation requires | Compliance with a legal obligation |
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site sets a small number of cookies and equivalent identifiers:
- Strictly necessary — session handling, load balancing, form security tokens and, where applicable, remembering your cookie choice. These are required for the Site to work and are set without consent.
- Analytics — used only to produce the measurement described in section 2.2. Where required, these are set only after you consent, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time through the cookie controls on the Site.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Site working.
5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only where it is necessary, and only with:
- Service providers acting on our instructions — our hosting provider, our analytics provider, and the business email and CRM platform we use to receive and manage enquiries. These providers are bound by contract to process data only for us and to keep it secure.
- Group entities — where your enquiry is better handled by another Fuego Group entity, and only with the relevant part of your enquiry.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, or where disclosure is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
6. International transfers
Our providers may store or process data outside the State of Qatar, including in the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. Where data leaves Qatar we take reasonable steps to ensure the transfer complies with the Qatar Personal Data Privacy Protection Law and, where the data relates to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, that an appropriate safeguard such as the Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision is in place.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiry correspondence — retained for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless it becomes part of a client relationship, in which case it is retained for the life of that relationship plus any period required by law.
- Analytics data — retained in aggregated or pseudonymised form, with raw event data expiring under the provider's shortest practical retention setting.
- Server logs — retained for no longer than 90 days.
8. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. We apply access controls, keep our platform and dependencies patched, restrict administrative access to named individuals, and require our providers to maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us over the internet.
9. Your rights
Under the Qatar Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016) and, where it applies to you, the UK and EU GDPR, you may:
- be informed about how your personal data is processed;
- access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- have your data erased where there is no continuing lawful reason to keep it;
- object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
- request restriction of processing, and portability of data you gave us, where those rights apply to you.
To exercise any of these, email hello@fuegoai.qa. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask for information to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
10. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the National Cyber Governance and Assurance Affairs of Qatar's National Cyber Security Agency, which supervises the Personal Data Privacy Protection Law. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may instead complain to your local supervisory authority.
11. Links to other sites
The Site links to third-party sites, including our profiles on LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram. Following those links takes you to services governed by their own privacy policies, over which we have no control.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be signposted on the Site.
